“Never expected to be writing a review about great service after waiting over three months to have my car repaired, but here we are. The delay was primarily due to parts availability and the dealer, but the service I received from Jennifer Scully helped ease my frustrations.
Firstly, their email service is extremely helpful. I always knew the status of my vehicle, and the notes Jennifer added often included additional detail to keep me informed. This saved me from having to keep track and make calls, as the updates came regularly and often.
When I did call with questions Jennifer was always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was dealt with in one call, and I was always made to feel as if my business mattered. She obviously takes pride in her work and is very customer focused. She is a great ambassador for the business. Pick up was seamless, as she arranged for me to come in early to fit my schedule and my car was super clean and parked right out front.
I sincerely hope I never have to deal with Chapman’s again (nothing personal just not looking to get in another accident) but Jennifer made the repair process much easier to navigate and did it all with a smile on her face.”
