I came today to pick up my order and the worker Taylor was very rude to me. I paid $500 upfront for a boxes of sprinkles for my business two weeks ago and I came today to pick up my order because nobody called me to inform me that my order has arrived. The lady Taylor was very rude and passive aggressive towards me as I was trying to understand why they don’t have my order which I paid $500 for 2 weeks ago. She was referring to me very aggressively as her hun and sweetheart and when I told her not to call me that she became very aggressive and started to yell at me and told me to leave the store. This is very bad customer service on both the managers part and Taylor’s. I don’t appreciate being disrespected by people when I pay for an order. It’s your job to have an order that was fully paid for UPFRONT ready for the customer to come and pick up. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Shilpa, the salesgirl who work here has no qualifications for being one. She doesn’t know the product codes, and mocking customers behind their back, such a worst experience.

Always the best in town for dry fruits, spices and chocolates. An amazing and huge collection of different food items. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the products are top class.

Friendly staff and lots of selection. I think the price of some items may be higher than other stores, but spices, flours, and numerous other items are certainly low priced.Lots of good selection for people with celiac disease, diabetes, and dietary restrictions

A large Bulk Barn with all the wonderful Bulk Barn stuff. I really enjoy shopping at Bulk Barn and would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so pricey. It's really easy to spend more than you expect.

Do not buy from here, you are better off buying from the regular stores than here. I bought nuts, cookies, chocolates, and all of it was stale and tasted like it’s been sitting in the box for years. Never again will I go buy from there, it definitely changed over the years.

First time to visit Bulk Barn and I was amazed by the business concept. Recommended for your baking/food toppings, add-ins, sprinkles and ingredients. They have several spices, chocolates, candies and nuts to choose too.
