I’ve been getting my medicine from here for a couple years now, I have chronic pain and anxiety and often struggle building up the confidence to leave my home. This team of humans always help me feel welcome and safe. Greg always remembers my name and that makes me feel like I matter. I live all the way in Dartmouth and travel pretty far just because they’re kind to me. My meds are always ready when they say they will be, they’re willing to fax in prescriptions when I need a refill and it takes weeks to get into the doctor, they let me ask all my embarrassing questions without judgement. I feel lucky they’re here.

Switched to Boyd’s after having to deal with Shopper’s for years. I never knew you could look forward to having to stop by the pharmacy. Amazing people doing incredible work.

I've been seeing Greg since Boyd's first opened. Always greeted by first name and a smile. I moved out to Beaver Bank at the end of 2023 and I kept my prescriptions at Boyd's for months because I couldn't stand the idea of leaving him. I still go for the occasional "one off" (ie. flu shots and HPV vaccine since I've never had someone so good with giving shots) and it's always so nice to see him. He even recommended a pharmacy out my way so I could stop driving into town all the time. The bar has been risen!!!

It’s been a long time (perhaps never) where I have walked into a pharmacy and greeted by name off the bat and this changed once we started getting our prescriptions from Boyd’s. It’s wonderful. Excellent service, knowledgeable pharmacy team. I feel very confident that I am in good hands with this team.

I'm horribly awkward with medical professionals but both Greg and Sara were absolutely wonderful to me and very accommodating with my needs for getting started on HRT. For any young queer people, I cannot recommend Boyd's enough. The building is wheelchair accessible and close to transit which is a big bonus for those who have trouble getting around!

Absolute BEST!!! should be the gold standard pharmacy every place should strive to be like! I have never felt so seen and wanted to cry tears of joy leaving a pharmacy (who says that!)From asking your name and pronouns to put on file, to having your right name on your prescription to the comfort and care that you feel. AMAZING %10000 BEST PHARMACY !
