I talked to a very knowledgeable staff member. She was at the top of her game. Her speciality seemed to be single malt whiskey and other higher end spirits. Very impressed!
Clean and friendly store, lots to choose from. Many items available that you cannot buy at the NSLC.
Cold beers from NS, and around the world. Great wine selection.
Good selection of alcohol free spirit, beer and cider.
Worth the visit especially if you are walking the board along the harbour.

Was disappointed, clerk with ridiculous looking moustache had no knowledge of product when asked questions, but only responded with self indulgent & snobbish awnsers that came off intelligent but had no sense or value to any of the questions that were asked about the products.
Goto Westside in Clayton Park larger store better products and knowledgeable staff

Best selection of liquor in town, and they have a great variety of drinks outside of North America! Also really nice to see the expanded Asian liquor selection as someone that grew up in BC and had access to more varied cultural drinks, it's nice that this exists in Halifax. Staff that work there are also super knowledgable re: recommendations :)
