Excellent customer service. Our experience with Attica has been great. Our sales associate Phil has gone above and beyond every single time we’ve been to the store. From making honest great recommendations to lending samples or pieces to see them in our home.
We purchased an Ethnicraft dinning set and a bed frame and we LOVE the eye chairs that were recommended by Phil.
Glenn was also very helpful with fabric selections and couch options.
Lastly I do want to thank Phil for coming on his day off to help with loading the furniture. We appreciate your impecable service, and prompt communication both via email and phone service!!

Purchased several pieces of furniture for my daughter’s nursery from a lovely saleswoman Christine. She was responsive and worked with me to ensure my pieces arrived on time! Especially useful with a newborn on the way. Prices can be steep but for me the quality is worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Rude. There policies are outdated and it shows that they don’t back their own products. We bought a pretty expensive couch and we were so excited for it. Few months in it began to ruin. it sunk in , feathers were popping out everywhere and really hurt and made our couch super uncomfortable. We contacted Attica so many times , their response were not helpful. DONT BUY FROM THEM! It’s better to buy from the seller and not from this third party company that has no policies on quality or customer service.Service: Couches/sofas

Good place with quality furniture if you have super deep pockets. All store employees were preoccupied and seemed not bothered about someone walking in. Except for one guy who was kind and sweet enough to show me around the store with a lot of patience. This store needs more people like him. Edit: changed rating

No one said hi. They proceeded to follow me around. Avoid this store if you’re a POC. Other reviews showed their lack of people skills.

Beautiful place. Would have liked to try a chandelier in my home but the staff person I spoke to suggested they do not like to take down their gorgeous pieces for trisies ! I found that to be ridget. We bought from up the street.
