Recently bought a 2022 Acura MDX (Certified Pre-owned) and traded in my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Staff were friendly throughout the process, but they offered me significantly less for my trade in than 3 other quotes I got in the city. I had to negotiate to still get 1K less than others offered. Then, the MDX ended up having a chip in the window. I had to text back and forth on the issue for quite some time and they tried to get me to bring it into Superior Glass myself to confirm if it was ok or not. Finally they said they would fix it/look at it at the dealership. When I picked it up it looked exactly the same but apparently it's safe so they didn't want to do anything further for me. I requested some form of compensation (on the order of a couple hundred dollars in service credits or the like) because it is irritating to pay 50K for a vehicle and have to stare at a chip everyday. They said they would get back to me on it and never did. So overall, a bit of a tainted experience here.

HORRIBLE service. Dropped off my car at 1pm for oil change and tire change, it took them until 5 pm to complete the work. in the meantime, they tried to text me 3-4 times for services I do not want (try to tell me my brake is bad and I need to change filter, my AC doesn’t work, I have a 2021 ACURA). And they tell me that i need to replace a small part for $950. By 4:30 pm I lost my patience and I told them to just do the oil change and tire change then release the car. They FORGOT to put any screws on a plastic shield on my right front tire. The part fall off after I drive for less than 10 minutes. I talked to the manager, they wouldn’t admit it’s their fault and try to blame it on a mechanic I went to 1.5 months ago. I literally saw there was only 1 screw attached on that part, instead of 8 or more, you can see attached picture for when it fell off and there is absolutely no screw on it at all!! (I went back to the previous mechanics and they were able to put the part back for free!! The dealership wouldn’t even do this because they don’t want to admit they messed up.)
We leased 3 cars with this dealership in the past 10 years, and unfortunately, this will be my last ACURA.

I ordered a sedan through Luke 3 months ago and the 3 months I waited felt like 3 years, but Luke provided me with updates periodically. I finally got a call from Luke to come pick it up and went to the dealership. Luke was very kind and professional, providing initial usage instructions and setup for the new product to me. It was definitely one of the best days. Thanks, Luke.

Was disappointed today. My mdx had a malfunction code that came up while driving today. The engine started running rough. Felt like it was going to die any minute. I was close to the dealership so I stopped in. I inquired whether they could do a quick diagnostic to see what was wrong. Clearly if it was serious I would leave it for repair. But if it was less consequential I would wait and carry on with my day.
Sadly they said they couldn’t help. They were too busy i was told . I know it only takes a few minutes to run a diagnostic scan, so this was disappointing.
I would have thought that a dealership would have been more interested in helping a driver of one of their vehicles who was in trouble. That is just kindness. Also, being someone who might buy another car from them, they aren’t being smart about retaining customers.
I have been considering moving up to a new mdx. I will look elsewhere now because of this experience today.

Best dealership in the city, just like the old days when the customer comes first, no upsells and the coffee’s not bad either
Not only does Atlantic Acura have a drop off shuttle they have a pick up shuttle as well, you’d be hard pressed to find a better dealership in Nova Scotia
