Would not recommend. I took my 14K gold chain here for a repair, he used an incorrect solder and left 2 really dark discolourations on the chain itself. I've taken it to 2 different jewellers and they have all said the same thing, that he did a pretty sloppy job and used the wrong solder. He only deals with 10K gold, so I think he forgot that mine was 14K. He also is not a nice person overall and is very abrasive. Don't plan on window shopping. He displays no jewelry and only brings things out that you have to request.

Ash does really great work on jewelry he's been in the business for 40 years plus he has good prices and sales.

Dirty shop that doesn't look like a shop. Almost no inventory, very vague over phone. He rummaged through a Tupperware box of random items looking for the bullion piece I was after. Silver was off color with no mint markings. Owner seemed to twist everything I said, acted confused and hurt when I asked which mint it had come from. Said he didn't have any silver/gold purity testing equipment because "it's not a big enough part of his business". Waste of time

Very unprofessional and rude. Asked about his selling prices for different karat of gold and if he fixes gold jewellery, and he responded in a very condescending manner, making us feel as if we knew nothing about what we were asking for, and as though we could not afford to be there. He went on a tangent without giving actual useful information that we asked for. Would definitely not recommend.

It is the worst and terrible place that the owner is too rude and he just has his ridiculous rule. My bracelet has some problems with the connection part so I paid it 69.90 to fix it. But when I was home, the connection part went loose again,so I went to the store again to fix it or got refund. But he didn't even listen to me and he said just go another store to fix it and he refused to give me refund. I was so upset with his attitude.

I called to ask them for a price to buy silver. The owner picked up the phone, was extremely difficult to understand, rude and not helpful. When I asked if they were open to 8pm (as stated on their Google Maps page), he said I close the store whenever I want. Very unprofressional - choose another dealer for buying/selling metals.

It's hard to put in to words just how incredibly disorganized, messy and bizarre this place is. Ash took my chains to be fixed, I went to get them back on a few occasions and they were never done on the dates he gave me. Finally on my last visit he told me it would be better to buy new chains from him. The whole experience just seemed shady from the start. Chains are still broken, waste of time.

This place is scary! Windows smashed with temporary covers. Not a nice space to shop, even with nothing in the showcase. Not sure what they’re selling??

Called to ask if they’d be interested in my laptop, told him the specs/year of it. Immediately he asked how much, I told him how much and he hung up in my ear... Very unprofessional as the price I gave him wasn’t firm.
