I visited this store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I didn’t have anything specific in mind to purchase, but the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They greeted me with warm smiles and were genuinely eager to help. One associate took the time to understand my style preferences, offering thoughtful suggestions without being pushy which is rare now-a-days. Their exceptional customer service made me feel welcomed and valued. Overall, it was a delightful shopping experience, and I would highly recommend visiting this location!

Visited the store and encountered unfriendly staff who were unwilling to assist. Particularly, one specific girl was rude. Despite the good quality of the footwear, the overall experience was disappointing. We'll be avoiding this place in the future

We bought the shoe and the size was not perfect, we went to store for the change of size they told they do not have the size we will help you with online. I got agreed but we did not received it for 15 days and due to that we visited store again they told that you can inquire in customer care . Customer care answers us that they do not 11 no shoe in any of the store ,so we asked for refund but again it's been a month we applied for refund and we have not got it. Very poor service from stre and customer care .

Staff was so nice helping find a pair of boots, they kept the box after i purchased because I needed them for work that day, after not even being able to walk in them because they were SO uncomfortable, I go back an hour later and they won’t let me return without the box… but they KEPT THE BOX. What the heck

Today, I went shoe shopping after work at the HSC, because my shoe got a hole in them while walking home. I went to 5 of the shoe stores before I went to this one, and everyone mainly gave me a cold shoulder or didn't greet me and seemed really really uninterested in helping me. When I came into this store. The associate her name is Josephine, was super super kind-hearted and helped me pick out some shoes. It look forever to find my size, but I didn't get just one pair. I bought two. I will for sure come back to this Aldo, as long as she is working and make it a lot of fun. Thank you again Josephine for all your help, I super appreciate it. I tried to find out how to do a review online on the survey but couldn't find it. So this will also, do.

Ordered a pair of heels waiting for them to be shipped for 2 weeks and received no shipping email so I went on the live chat to figure out what is going on. My package was "lost" when it never shipped to begin with and I needed these shoes by the end of the month so I could have been looking elsewhere had I known they were never going to ship.
