We recently moved in to the 1920 apartments upon taking over a lease. There were a few growing pains when moving in, just minor issues that needed to be sorted out left from the previous tenants. The management team downstairs were extremely helpful to us, particularly Jenan, she shorted out any problem we had in a timely, understanding and friendly manner. We are very happy to know that she’s just downstairs in the management office if we ever had a query or concern.

I moved to 19Twenty Apartments in 2022, and start feeling it as my home in a short period of time. The maintenance staff is dedicated and prompt. The resident portal is easy to navigate where you can submit your maintenance request 24/7 and receive prompt updates including rent payment options. The building is neat and well maintained.The property manager Jenan Keogh is highly dedicated and exceptional! She take maintenance requests very seriously and ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. Additionally, she's extremely helpful in welcoming new residents starting from apartment viewing, sharing application forms, explaining about building facilities etc. and available on a short period of time. I found her really helpful when I connected some of new comers in Canada who were looking to rent out apartment in 19Twenty Apartments.The apartments are spacious with ideal location in downtown Halifax, with amenities such us restaurants, gardens at walking distance.If you're looking for a comfortable place to live in downtown Halifax without worrying for commute time, transit access, maintenance issues, friendly staff then 19Twenty Apartments should be in your list.

I had a viewing in this building and the manager there was really helpful and friendly. Ask for Jenan she knows her stuff. Plus the building looked really clean and accessible.

Have lived here for about 3 years now, and have had a great experience with the building and the staff! In particular, Jenan has been a phenomenal individual to work with. If we ever have any issues, the building is quick to address them/ put a plan in place to address the problem. As far as apartments in the downtown core go - this is a great one to live at!!

Great place to live. Building is kept clean and building staff are attentive to your needs. Amazing location and the amenities (gym and party room) are great features.

I recently moved to 19Twenty Apartments, and the customer service provided by Renata Schmieder was exceptional! From day one, her dedication and commitment to ensuring residents are happy and comfortable truly make this place feel like a home. Also, she was always quick to address any concerns and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience.The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The building has a very nice gym, social room and outside entertaining space. The location is ideal, with numerous amenities such us bars, restaurants, the Halifax Boardwalk, Citadel, Public gardens and more within walking distance.In summary, if you're looking for a great place to live in Halifax with top-notch customer service, 19Twenty Apartments, thanks to Renata, is the place to be.

This review is for the leasing agents who I have been in contact with. Very poor communication, different informations from different people and they don’t seem to want to reply to people who are just interested in renting one of their apartments. Very bad service, I wonder if they manage tenants requests the same way. Very bad.

This review is only for the leasing agent who hasn’t been professional at all during the email exchange regarding applying to lease. In this hot housing market, available units get rented out quickly, and the poor communications from leasing agents made it even more difficult.

1920 has an unbeatable view (on either side of the building), great staff and is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Halifax located minutes away from everything you need.

Friendly and accommodating staff! Resident portal is very convenient for submitting work orders and bookings. Clean amenities like gym, social room, patio and pool.
