Even though I only needed help pulling my car out of a parking spot I was stuck in due to snow, they helped without question, the service was fantastic and fast and the driver was extremely pleasant to work with and talk too

Jason and Ralph are the best, bar none. We got him to haul a homemade camper on his tiltdeck, from gaspereau mountain to Stanley airport in Hants county. To be honest, we were skeptical at first, if they could even get it on the tilt bed. I've never seen anybody manoeuvre a towtruck like he did. Within minutes it was loaded and strapped on and we were on the road. What we thought would be near impossible was a piece of cake to Jason and crew. We couldn't be happier and look forward to the same trip this fall. Six thumbs up ?Service: Local hauling

Had our vehicle stuck on part of a gravel road. I called the company and asked for confirmation of the rate and the man on the line could not give me a clear answer and the numbers varied.When the driver showed up and performed the job within 5 minutes, I asked about the rate again. He smirked and gave us an outlandish rate that was not confirmed over the initial call.I called the dispatch again in regards to the price and only then did he make a justification that their rates are dependent on the ride fuel costs when the company wasn’t based far from the location. Gave me the impression that the rate was under the driver’s discretion and aimed to take advantage of two minorities. Horrible experience.

Update July 2022:I can't say enough good stuff about Kelly's Towing. They helped us out again earlier this summer and were very fast, friendly, and accommodating. If you're broken down in the valley, Kelly's Towing is the company you should call. Jason and his crew are very professional and go above and beyond.-----Summer 2021:I was broke down with a flat tire on my RV (driver's side). The whole family was in the car on the side of the 101. I had to change the tire with traffic whizzing inches past me. I was able to get the RV jacked up, the old tire off, but the car jack just wasn't high enough to get the new RV tire on.Called Kelly's and literally within 10 mins Jason (I think that's his name) was there to help. Had me back on the road in no time. Friendly and fast. Incredible service.Services: Special vehicle towing

Absolutely shameful service. Taking advantage of a teenager. Young lady was in an accident a few days before Christmas, rolled her car and had to be tended to by EMS. Police officer on site contacted Kelly's Towing without asking the young lady or informing her of what the procedure was. Kelly's took her car to their yard where it sat, while the young girl received medical services at the hospital. On Monday December 27th the young lady contacted Kelly's towing to inform them she was coming to get her vehicle. She was told that they were under the impression that she was leaving it and the "storing fees" would be waived upon surrender of the vehicle. No one told her that there would be a daily cost, she was not given the opportunity to have a local towing company take her car back to her home over 40km away, and she was charged 150.00 tow fee for a less than 5km trip. the total for this unbelievable horrible service ended up costing this young lady 235.00. Would not recommend this service if it was the last on earth. Shameful!!!
