We were really worried about our older dog as he’s very nervous and scared of people but WestJet cargo exceeded any expectations we had. He was well taken care of and very comfortable on the plane. Will definitely be using west jet cargo again!!

One of the worst experiences shipping our puppy from Ottawa to Halifax. Cancelled flight, only concerned with the extra fees they could charge me and not the care of my puppy. Never again

Virtual assistant no help. Wanted me to describe my inquiry in one sentence which was not possible. Scheduled a call back but did not receive one. Now holding on phone for an hour. Obviously, customer service is not important to this business.

We use WestJet Cargo for shipping our puppies across Canada. They are very professional, know what they are doing and we feel confident leaving our "babies" in their care. These two darlin's shared a crate on their way to Vancouver.
