Referral for cataract surgery was never done, so after 4 months I inquire no record so I am back to the end of the line. Unacceptable

I had an appointment at the Elmsdale Vogue optical at 1430hrs on Tuesday Sept 3rd. As I knew I was not going to be able to drive after my eye exam, my wife came with me. We are both seniors over seventy and my wife has COPD. When we entered the facility we were immediately subjected to the very very strong perfume/cologne smell. The smell was very very strong and it permiated the whole facility. It got even stroger when we approached the reception area, so much so my wife had to leave the store. I considered leaving also as the perfume smell was starting to affect me. Once my exam was finished and I recieved the perscription all my wife and I wanted to do was leave, which we did.It led to myself have a bad headache and my wife using her puffer more than normal. I will say I have been a cutomer at Vogue for a number of years and at this point will never again go to Vogue. They have lost two valuable customers and at this point I would not recomend Vogue in Elmsdale to anyone. I did send an email to customer support but, as of today I have not heard a word from them. I still have not purchased my new glasses and it seems they won't be coming from Vogue Optical Elmsdale.

In response to comment below:Reason for 1 star review.Bought 2 pairs of glasses from Elmsdale location. It was a regular simple retail transaction, paid and left with glasses, as far as I was concerned our business relationship was finished and I never heard from them again. 1 year later I saw vogue optical in Elmsdale was trying to say that I owed them money on my credit report. This is completely false. I called Elmsdale manager and she said she would only remove the charge if I paid her a bribe. I’m hoping my review protects other customers from their fraudulent behaviour.Thank you,Matt

We are new customers after several instances of poor treatment from a nearby competition. It was a breath of fresh air walking into this place. Thanks so much to the ladies at this location for their professionalism and patience. So far so good, we plan to return :)

The folks that work here are very friendly and nice. I have been going to this location for many years. There prices and very competitive and I like the idea of a second pair for free so I always get a pair of sunglasses. I don't live in the area anymore I live in Halifax but I still go only to this location to get new glasses every two years. I will always be back.

Was here today with my son for a itchy, red and puffy eye that my son woke up to this morning .. our original eye doctor was to busy for the emergency BUT elmsdale vogue took him as a walk-in and I couldn’t be more pleased with our visit :) thank you so so much !!

The team at Vogue Optical in Elmsdale are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and make the experience fun! How many people can go to an eye exam and choose frames leaving feeling like "that was fun". I highly recommend Vogue Optical in Elmsdale!!!
