“Everyone may have their own opinions when it comes to customer service but those who had a negative experience must have been dealing with a different CarStar than I did. Lisa and her team were fantastic to deal with at every turn. She communicated promptly, addressed all my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of.
This location, and more specifically Lisa, dealt with the rental company, my insurance company, as well as local automotive repair shops all in the name of ensuring our vehicle was returned back to the state it had been before my wife was in an accident.
Further, when there was an issue with Toyota sending the incorrect parts and delaying the repair Lisa even reached out to the insurance company for me to ensure our rental coverage was extended. She also helped me deal with issues with the insurance company when my claims adjuster dropped the ball and our rental coverage extension was being declined.
I have dealt with this CarStar location on multiple occasions and they have always been great to deal with and treated me fairly. Being professional and polite is a two-way street and, in my opinion Lisa has never been difficult to deal with. I would suggest that if people have had an issue with how the staff at CarStar treated them, it was more so a case of how you first treated Lisa and her team.”
