Tom was incredibly helpful when I brought him a partially finished guitar kit. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done, and reached out occasionally to discuss additional ideas.While I took it to him for help with the wiring, Tom found several ways to help the guitar look, feel and play better than I could've done on my own. Despite the extra work, his final bill was very reasonable and I know he did his best to help me without racking up the charges.My guitar was assembled fast, on budget, and with care. It feels and sounds amazing! Tom even found me the perfect case to store it in - fits like a glove!I cannot recommend Tom @ Signature Music enough. He's a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Whether talking to him on the phone or in person, he always made me laugh! Looking forward to my next visit.
