Went to Dollarama to get gift cards for my niece and nephew to use after their hockey game. Then the customer service representative went to activate the cards they activated the same card twice. My niece and nephew went to use their cards and had to return items because only one card worked. The staff of the store were unable to assist. This was very poor service given the card was purchased the same day at the same store. No one would help and they just referenced Dollarama.com and a useless 1888 # that promos you to send a email. Extremely disappointing for such a large and profitable company.

I always try to find what I need here before going anywhere else in town. They have stuff for $4 or $5 that costs $10+ at Walmart or Shoppers. You can find some pretty cool stuff sometimes. Always bringing in new products. Staff are always friendly.

Love this store! Been shopping there for years. And I am continually impressed by the new things they bring in. My go to sections are the craft, pets, garden and of course the HOLIDAY section! Always exciting to see what’s new in the store!The stores in Digby and Yarmouth are well kept and the staff is friendly.My road trips always include a visit to the Dollarama ?

My wife loves this store. Have to watch out for the "low quality" items like at any dollar store. But this store is not bad for quality. Prices are so much better than other local stores for the "small stuff".
