The previous manager at the mic mac location was very nice and was willing to help with a defective product they sold me, however since she left the new manager/customer service has been very upsetting and will not honor her word on said defective product. When explaining the situation, she kept talking over me, interrupting me, had 0 intention of helping or even being polite. I did not go into this conversation thinking they "owed" me anything (even though i was sold a defective product, it was past the 10day return policy), but after how i was treated, as a lifelong customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Noof was extremely helpful and professional. She explained the return policy and issued me a gift receipt without the price so that the person I’m buying for can come exchange it if it doesn’t fit. She also let me know that they can get a gift card refund instead of exchanging for clothes as well. Super happy with the service here, thanks Noof!

terrible costumer service. i bought a cap and asked politely to remove 3 tags on it cause i will use the cap after that.. she replied i can do it myself.not even offered a scissor. i asked her cause i dont want my cap to be broken or cut my hand by pulling the tags. shes something else. Shes on cashier 8 as the time im typing ths review.
