I recently witnessed him deal with a very rude customer. He had the patience of an angel! I never say that, but I mean it. You're more patient than me. “As soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff. Everyone throughout the entire process was very helpful and kind/checked in to see if we needed help. They had a good selection of bears and accessories and we were offered upgrades but they weren’t pushy at all. Great little spot to build a bear.”
