“I guess I'll be the first to leave a rating above 1 star; recently had Canpar handling a package I ordered. The tracking was accurate and on time up until the delivery. I never received the package, nor did I receive any notice or indication of an attempted delivery. I had to check the tracking which showed 'Cosignee Not Home' and a status of 'In Transit'. So I called Canpar a few minutes after they opened the following day and spoke with someone almost immediately. They gave my phone number to the driver and had the delivery reattempted right away. I got my package very quickly, and the driver called on arrival and was incredibly helpful. Overall, wonderful customer service but it was frustrating to have to chase down my package considering I've never had to with any other company.”
“Not sure about the issues other people faced with 1 star reviews but I received my parcel this morning and it was quick delivery. Not all happy users put the 5/4 stars reviews and here only 168 reviews there and loomis express must be delivering thousands of parcels every year.”
