I bought a set of four tires for my truck at Scotia Tire about 6 months ago. Today I went in there to get a tire on my wife's vehicle repaired. It had a nail in it. They repaired the tire, no appointment needed, and did it for free. Thank you Scotia tire for looking after me. Great customer service experience! I'll be back.

Had a flat tire on the morning of our toddlers surgery, we filled it with air and made it to the shop. I explained the rush emergency and Pierre took it in right away and repaired it so we could make it to the hospital on time. I’m so grateful for his empathy and urgency in taking care of something stressful on an already stressful day. Thank you!!!

Dropped in today with a couple of slow leaks that I needed looked at as I would be travelling the weekend. Quickly got me in and found some corrosion around the rim. Since I had purchased tires previously there was no cost for the repairs! The second time this has happened. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They have always been courteous and efficient and I always feel confident that I will be treated fairly. I will not go anywhere else in the future when I need to purchase new tires. They could teach others how to run a shop and treat customers. Thank you!

I had a slow leak in my front tire. Brought it in and they found a piece of a blade in it. They fixed it up And I was back in the road in no time. Very friendly staff and excellent service

I had one of my winter tires with a slow leak, very similar to the same thing with a summer tire earlier this year. The summer tire was repaired quickly and efficiently by Rob and his crew, with a level of service I seldom experience. I was extremely impressed when that same professionalism was shown again with the repair to the winter tire. Such friendly, competent and professional service on a consistent basis is very much appreciated.
