Would give 0 if I could. Would use any other shipping company If possible. 2 days in a row truck pulls up, driver dosent even open the door, then get hit with the "reciver unavailable " try again the next day same thing. Drivers are never held accountable. 60$ shipping for the worst service possible. Customer support simply will tell you they don't know and cant do anything and package will go to a default location, wait 2 days for online tracking to update. Cross your fingers and hope.

I would give a zero rating . Worse delivery service ever . Had 2 packages leave same time one package delivered on Wednesday the other said Friday and then said could not deliver due to safety concern!!! It was a muffler for a car . Ups had no issue delivering a different package on Friday .

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is really crazy. Their website says “Guaranteed delivery” however they put deliveries on hold due to stupid reasons like missed connections (when my package was already with them for almost 4 days already, how could they possibly say that they missed a connection). In addition to that, I called customer care and they told me I could go and pick it up in person and when I was there, they said “oh I can’t find the package, we are still looking for it”. They didn’t even asked me to wait some more time to look for it. I don’t even understand why they are in the business if they don’t have any intention of serving the customers.

Currently waiting for a item I ordered. The item has been sitting in the Dartmouth warehouse for over 5 days. Excuse from Purolator us the package us heavy. Pretty sad as any other company would have no problem delivering this product. I'll be trying to avoid using these lazy clowns doing forward.

Zero stars. Worst delivery service ever! Ordered something from Best Buy. Delivery was supposed to be Wednesday but delayed due to "missed connection" in Dartmouth twice. The delivery attempt was on Friday at 6 pm. After we waited all day for it, we needed to go out for less than an hour to do groceries. After contacting Purolator, they told us only a redelivery is possible but not guaranteed as we are not home next week. No pick up possible, no rescheduling for this Monday possible. And for a date in 2 weeks not guaranteed. So we spent the last 3 days hanging around at home and have another day to waste. What the... Worst delivery service ever.

I had such a disappointing service with Purolator, that I had to come and see what the reviews were like to see if my experience was unique. Well looking at the reviews it seems that we all agree that this business, even though it is an everyday service seems to have drivers that lack the care to make sure the delivery goes through smoothly. My drop off driver left my package outside the building and it was stolen within 3 hours because he was too lazy to use the key that that are given to put it in the lobby. I called to discuss and I was told because it wasn’t a package with a signature needed it was acceptable that it was delivered that way. Never has my boyfriend (who has ordered and received packages) had this happen to him in the years he’s lived in the same building and apartment. So disappointed and upset.

Absolute worst experience. My bed arrived in Dartmouth a week a go. I have called in for 4 consecutive days and waited over a half an hour each day on hold. When I finally get a hold of a human being, they all seem so confused as to why my package is being held... WELL SO AM I!!! Apparently it needs two drivers to deliver because of its weight, but why is this such an issue for a major delivery company? I was told every time I was going to get a call back, that day, from a delivery driver, but still no word...Still sleeping on my floor.

I have been waiting for my package since wednes. They put my package on hold because of over weight. And they have to call me and arrange the delivery and I haven't received any call yet and they need two people for the delivery that's not how its work.

Very poor experience thus far. My package has been in their possession for more than ten days, and no effort made to deliver. Do not recommend this branch of Purolator.
