  I have not had the best experience work this company. Because of postal strike, they sent my order by FedEx. Unfortunately where I live, FedEx does not come to my house. So now I have been waiting over a week for my order, and it still has not arrived. After several calls to them, they say they have made calls to FedEx to find out what happened. After asking for a refund and cancelation of this subscription, they told me it is at the discretion of the supervisor if I was to receive a refund. I don't understand how they can take my money, but can't guarantee delivery. I will be looking for a new company to refill my prescription.

  They are always on top of my medication. I don't have to keep track of when something has to be ordered. And they deliver. It is quite often hard for me to get to the pharmacy so that is a big plus.

  Pocketpills has freed up 100% of the time that I used to spend traveling to a doctor's office for a prescription renewal, sitting in a waiting room, taking a prescription to a pharmacy and waiting for the prescription to be filled or returning at a later time to pick up the prescription. They have not only literally saved me hours of time but their customer service is fabulous 👌

  I love Pocketpills! I no longer have to go to the pharmacy and wait in long lineups to get my prescriptions. I manage them on the app and order them. The best part is that they get delivered to my front door! I’m a very happy customer.

  I’ve used PocketPills across two provinces (Manitoba and Nova Scotia) and it has been, without exception, a smooth and easy experience. I have a chronic condition and my medication can change fairly frequently, while my ability to make it to a physical pharmacy (or even make phone calls) can be limited. The ability to manage my prescriptions through my phone app, and having the prescriptions delivered to my door with no hassle finally allows me to be fully independent of my support structure in managing my medication. This also (importantly) enables me to painlessly make changes in my medication without 3-4 pharmacy visits to drop off the prescription, pick up the first month of new meds, pick up the modified dose, etc etc
  
  My worry with an “online” pharmacy was that communication would be worse, but I can confidently say that I have been contacted more by the pharmacists at pocket pills than I have been by any brick and mortar pharmacy. They text or call with any questions or clarifications they have, notify me in advance of any shortages, and are generally very available and responsive. I have tried to use shoppers to manage my medication and delivery between the three different accounts that I have there (the old one , the new United pc one, and the pharmacy specific one) I have consistently had issues with managing them. I needed to call them to verify I’d get my auto-refill, and chase them down for delivery dates. I haven’t had to do any of that here.
  
  I heavily recommend PocketPills if you are reasonably tech literate (can use apps) and want a way to manage your medication that unshackles you from pharmacy visits and inconsistent home delivery.
  
  Edit: because I couldn’t find this information on the website and had to call in, they DO collaborate with a compounding pharmacy so they are capable of doing that
