“First time dog mama and I knew I picked the right place the minute we were greeted with smiles and treats! My Ellie absolutely loves this place. She’s amongst dogs her own size (dachshund), she plays all day long, she gets fed, she naps, and they send reports. The staff were amazing with her when she needed to take medication, and have helped me select toys, food, treats, enrichment activities and more. At the end of the day Ellie loves each and every one of the staff members, and why wouldn’t she? They love her right back! ❤️”

“This is my new favorite pet store. Our puppy had loose bowel movements so we were looking for FortiFlora, but it was 40 bucks for the only sized box it come in (30 pouches). The clerk saw our surprise at the coast and concern IF we could spend that much. She come back to us with a $5 off coupon to use. Great customer service. Good selection of products too. They have a customer for life ?”

“I stop in here regularly for their bulk dog treats. They have a selection of toys, accessories and feeding toys that no other local shop carries. I always find something interesting to go with the treats. Staff is lovely. Thanks for stocking things that my small breed dog loves!”
“First time at Ren’s Pets yesterday and I was blown away by the Outstanding Service Received by Laura.She was so Exceptional & knowledgeable on everything for my two Australian Labradoodle as well as simply the best. I would love to have her work for me :)I spent a couple hundred dollars worth last night and I will be buying more moving forward for sure. “Absolutely love this location! I live in Halifax so typically go to Bayers Lake location but always go to this one when I have the chance. Great selection of everything and a huge inventory of quality brands and products. Staff as always are also full of knowledge and good recommendations and kind no matter the crew on. “My family fosters dogs for the SPCA and we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. We have looked after a mother with her 11 puppies, a litter of seven puppies and we’re currently fostering a pregnant mother. The SPCA has been nothing but totally supportive and helpful. The adult dogs that we have had were, and are, awesomely behaved animals. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience for everyone in our household. I highly recommend doing this as an option for helping out.”

“Before coming to Canada, we ordered delivery of toilet and sand for the cat to our new place. We've come here several times for various little things, and overall we're happy with this store. A very large variety of different products for different types of pets. There is even "live food" and testing of aquarium water. And there are different guides on how to care for different pets. At the entrance there is a room in which, as I understand, some kind of dog training takes place. In general, this place seemed very good and we will definitely come here to buy goods for our cat (or order). One thing was upsetting: there was no food that our cat was eating previously. Well... there is no food at all for our cat breed, even in their application there was none to choose from. So he had to switch to a neutral food.”
