The staff at this location are always miserable and don’t say hello when you walk in. If I didn’t live so close to this location, I would make a point to shop at a different one because I always leave this shop in a bad mood due to the lack of customer service we receive. My wife loves the battered haddock but we’ve definitely noticed the quality of the fish has gone downhill and the portions are very small.

I absolutely love this place (M&Ms) and have been eating food from here for as long as I can remember. The store is very clean and bright with a well laid out system and employees who are super friendly and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about the female and male (possibly partners?) who work here as they're really nice decent down to earth type folk that you enjoy spending a little time with in the store, like a friend. The food here is good too. A little bit expensive but the quality and taste is very good. Chicken strips, mozzarella sticks and butterfly shrimp are just a few of my favorites. If youre looking for a large quantity of frozen foods whether for a meal or a snack, youll definitely find something here. I highly recommend the food and customer service at this store as its been nothing but top notch for me. I always have great service when I go here. There are constant weekly sales for not only my favorite products, but others that I was on the fence about trying.

I absolutely love m&m ♥ I love that I know what I'm eating and it's contents. It's easy to plan meals and the prices are as fair as any other store, if not better. I also love the staff at these stores. There always are so helpful and knowledgeable.

Great assortment of frozen foods available and, unlike many frozen foods, much of this tastes good. I am especially fond of the lasagna though the chicken pot pie is a close second. Staff is friendly and helpful and Covid 19 protocols were followed each time I shopped there.

Years ago I found certain dishes did not have any flavor. Their onion soup is good, better if you put some Bovril around the frozen soup before you put in the microwave. The chicken pot pie is good but i find its a little dry. I bought the haddock pieces the other night. The fish has good flavour the batter is a little greasy. The twiced baked potatoes are very dry, if you add can milk to each potato as you take it from the microwave and stir the potato mixture and if you like garlic sprinkle garlic spice after you add the carnation canned milk. Then the potatoes taste great.
