I was being ripped off with their competition and tried to resolve this over the phone at a call center in a foreign country to no avail. Looked at Koodo website, went to mic mac mall, switched my account for more data, a lot less money and great customer service. I'm done with VM and very happy.

I’ve used this particular Koodo shop twice in the last month and both times have been good experiences. Evan and the other staff member were very knowledgeable about their own systems. They both created solutions for me in super quick timeframes! Thank you Koodo / Telus.

Decided to write a review as I read some before heading out to the mall and many of them were negative.I was at the booth at the Mic Mac Mall, last Friday, July 28th.I needed help to transfer information from my old phone to another phone.Received excellent service from Scott.Thank you
