I recently visited Hooked on Detailing to have a paint protection film installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service! The team did an amazing job, showcasing incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. Not only did they exceed my expectations with the quality of their work, but they also went above and beyond by adding a few freebies like applying the film in the rear trunk luggage area, which I truly appreciated.
What really stood out was their friendly and helpful attitude. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the whole experience was just fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch detailing services. Thank you, Hooked on Detailing, for the great work!
If you are in Halifax and driving EV don't look further Hooked on detailing is where you want to take your new car.

Craig was super friendly and fun to talk to. My car was nasty from 2 roadtrips but they did a fantastic job with the exterior detailing! They even vacuumed the interior for me. Would definitely trust them with my car again and I will be recommending them to my friends, thanks guys!

I cannot say enough good things about the crew at hooked on detailing. Craig and Paul are truly genuine humans that care about their work. I came to them with a paint correction request and was involved in a hit and run, got an excessive quote from a body shop. I was grateful to have brought my car to the guys here. All the staff there are incredible and communication was great, had even been shown around and had the process broken down and explained to me. Would recommend them to anyone! 10/10

I bought a 2022 Santa Fe in May and fell in love with it... Except for the swirl marks in the paint, leaving a dull appearance. It was a rental buyback so lots of washing with dirty cloths. It needed paint correction. It needed Hooked on Detailing.
I expected the swirls to be gone, but was blown away by the mirror finish now on this SUV. I doubt it looked this good when it came off the factory floor! I almost didn't recognize it!

TL;DR version. Very professional high end service group. The staff are very passionate and capable. If you need to get your vehicle a PPF without degrading your vehicle's look, this is the place. I got a partial PPF job done for my new 2024 Prius, and I cant even tell which part have the PPF or not unless I look for the edges.
Long version:
Excellent customer service. I had issue with my vehicle's delivery from the dealer for the past 8 month. Craig and Paul constantly kept me updated on their opening and accommodates my need to delay the appointment quickly. They are very knowledgeable about all the detailing jobs, showed me a lot of things I didnt know of.
Service quality is excellent. As I mentioned above, the material they use and the final result are much better than what the dealers offer. Pieces are cut precisely and accurately using proper printer/cutter machine. The application shows no stretch and it is so invisible, I was unable to tell if the PPF is there unless I trace the edges. Not mentioning they went out of their way to help me remedy some of the issues caused by Permashine's cleaning during the pre-delivery prep.
Some people say their service are expensive, that is true, but I would say the value is excellent. If I have to choose between a job that cost half of the price but end up having my car looks odd (yeah, O'Regan), I would rather pay the extra to get it done at Hooked on Detailing
I can only afford a partial PPF atm, but after seeing what they can do, I'm seriously considering getting the rest done later when I have the fund.

Paul and Craig plus the other staff members have clearly shown their passion and outstanding work in putting the ceramic coating on our 2023 HRV. The difference in appearance is like night and day. All the swirl marks that were on the car from the day we picked it up from the dealer are gone...the one door scratch left by some careless person is gone! The professionalism they demonstrated in all aspects of the job was impressive and will definitely lead to more business from us and our friends. If you want a top notch job with excellent results, Hooked on Detailing should be your only choice. Thanks for everything!!

Paul and Craig, are both excellent to deal with. Communication was excellent and my truck looked better than brand new after the application. I really didn’t even know I had gold metallic on the black of my paint until the guys brought out the depth and shine! A few weeks after I returned for my follow up wash and the crew were very informative and showed me everything I need to know about cleaning the vehicle to maintain the shine! Thanks guys!!

Took our Black 2017 Escalade into Hooked on Detailing for Paint Correction and Detailing. We couldn't believe the finished Product!! The Escalade looked Incredible!!

We made the drive from Cape Breton to get our truck paint corrected, had the PPF applied and ceramic coated. I will say my very particular husband was AMAZED!
The service was second to none & the knowledge and workmanship exceeded our expectations. It was well worth the drive. We are going to be returning costomers in the future !
