“When Home Depot didn't have stock, they sent me straight to where they order from - Richelieu. They had exactly what I needed, helped order it to their location, and even walked me through finding the right fitting when it turned out that I was dealing with outdated and incompatible hardware. This is a primarily business-to-business service so be prepared for that kind of experience, but if you have a specific need and exhausted other 'normal' retail options these folks very well may be able to help - or in my case, save the day.
