If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I went to go pick up my vehicle today that they had advised me was finished being repaired, only to show up and be told that it was not yet finished (and this was after already returning my rental vehicle). A minor repair on my Volkswagen that was supposed to take 8 days is still ongoing and I am coming up onto 3 weeks and STILL have not received my vehicle back. Mind you, I had waited until the shop brought the parts in to schedule the repair as I know that being a German car, parts can take a while to receive. After speaking to a 'stand-in manager' about this (Melissa), she tried to sidetrack our conversation by stating that they were facing employee/absentee issues, amongst others. Clearly, this has nothing to do with me or my vehicle and she was trying to make an excuse for their (first) wrong-doing.
My car was sent to a Volkswagen dealership for an alignment where they determined there was now a new electrical issue with the car AFTER the shop claimed they had 'fixed it'. The manager claimed she had driven my vehicle after it was 'repaired' and that it 'was fine'. I was advised they now do not know when the repair will be completed and I notified my insurance company.
Not to mention- during these 3 weeks, I have not received much (if at all) ANY communication regarding my car repair (extensions, issues, etc.) and my insurance company called me as they were unsure where the repair stood as this was also not communicated to them. I had left countless voicemails, called countless times and they never had the audacity or professionalism to call me.
After speaking to my insurance company, I advised them as this will likely pass my 30-day car rental provided by the insurance policy, I will not be held responsible for paying for an extension due to the unprofessionalism of the repair shop. The manager of the repair shop advised me that if they needed to order more parts, "it is not on us if that exceeds your 30 day rental period" and that they would pay the extension but ONLY if it was due their their negligence, which she was adamant that it was not.
By far the most unprofessional collision shop and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I will be seeking a lawyer if it is found that they caused further damage to my (only 4 month-old) vehicle. This shop should not be allowed to fix vehicles.

Took forever to give my car back. Always kept on delaying the pickup date. Dont know whose fault it is but it's very incompetent.

This shop is just waste of time. Mike is the service manager their and he is very unprofessional and not able to manage his team and timelines at all. Our van was there for two months after going back and forth insurance approved all required payment by fix auto and Mike since Mike was not even able to quote the van appropriately, I doubt how he could be a manager till now as he doesn’t even know what he can do and what he can’t. After two months mike said they can’t do tha job. Wow two months. I am not sure how shops choose their managers and they are very unprofessional. I suggest everyone to not to stuck with them as its better to get your vehicle done from somewhere else.I would have give the rating in negative if possible.Well done Mike!!!!

Husband brought car here after accident, staff don't seem to know what they're doing, took piece off the car to examine then didn't know how to put it back on and the secretary has no clue what's going on. We had to explain the billing to her, and have now been waiting 3 weeks for them to finish work that they'd already ordered parts for. If I was paying for my damages myself I would never go here, wouldn't recommend to anyone, find someone who knows what they're doing ?

Really not happy with the service they did: had pieces of my car fall off afterwards while on the highway. Didn't feel safe and took my car to a more reliable place.
