    Terrible service. They tried to charge me the 60 start up even though I was told I did not have to pay it. Now they sent it to collection agency. I have tried many times to sort it out with no luck at all. I will NEVER use fido again they are awful.

    The customer service was excellent. The data service was absolutely horrible. I could never get online unless wifi was available. Never again

    Great service and knowledgeable staff. Although they made a mistake on my contract, they fixed it up right away and made sure it was correct.
