I’m really disappointed! I returned an item there and they assured me they refunded to my original form of payment. They didn’t and they didn’t provided me with a receipt, when I asked them to fix it they asked me to contact customer service, it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my 200$ back. If you work in a store you should be able to do a return properly.

My husband and I visited your store today in order to take a closer look at a dress that caught my eye in your front window display. The dress was gorgeous, I took one from the rack and was quickly helped to a dressing room by Brooklyn. She also took the time to tell me that the same style of dress was available in different colours and at a sale price, and I left the store with two dresses thanks to Brooklyn! My husband and I both appreciated the excellent service provided by your staff and the additional 10% discount we received at the cash just by downloading your app - they reflect great credit on your store!! All and all it was an outstanding experience and I'll definitely be back!! One recommendation: put hooks up in the dressing rooms for coats and handbags - otherwise you really have a "Dynamite" store (and I'll tell my friends about it!!!
