“I have generally had a very good experience shopping here - there is a decent selection of quality clothes at reasonable prices, as well as some more economical choices. Due to the boutique nature of the business size selection can be an issue, however they try to source missing sizes from their other locations.
Overall the staff has been helpful, friendly and efficient. Special shoutout to Taylor, who is always friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond during my most recent shopping trip, making it a positive and stress free experience (I went twice during their tent sale June 2024 - her customer service is superb).
I did have a negative experience in fall 2023 with the male manager at the time when I reached out about supporting a charity event. I didn’t have any expectations about my request, however I did expect him to communicate a decision as promised yet he never got back to me. When I went in to speak with him he was very dismissive. His attitude really turned me off and I actually stopped going in for quite a few months because of it.
Don’t let that stop you from checking out this nice little boutique! They also have a good selection of men’s clothes and footwear.”

“Store is great, and staff were friendly. Willing to help with anything without being constantly smothering with unwanted assistance. My only complaint is that they don't carry the size range that you get in Freeport and online. I like a little more room in coats, and the XL just doesn't have the range of motion in my arms I'd like. I know the plus 2X is too big from another coat I own, but would like to have been able to try something on to find the perfect one. I'll have to try a trip stateside if I want to try one on before purchasing, or chance the online experience (though the return policy for online is also super easy and painless, just slow). Overall, great experience, just a bit tough if you're expecting a copy of the flagship store.”

“Oh man, I had such a good experience here today I had to come on to review. Generally I find shopping for pants, jeans specifically, to be a horrible experience, I have a strange shape, oversized, I can rarely find anything that fits, let alone something that fits properly or actually looks decent, and if I do find it, it's always after trying on fifty plus pairs to find it. So I dread going shopping for pants, but my butt keeps getting bigger so I had to do it.
And so, I'm coming here to give this Levi's store, and Connor specifically, fifty thousand zillion stars, and the medal of gangster as well. Connor greeted me at the door, confidently but casually and without any kind of pressure (which I also appreciate) asking if he could help. And I explained what I was looking for, and he said don't worry, he thinks he's got just the thing, and if that's not it, we'll find what I need because he's got something for me here somewhere. And in a store with like ten thousand pairs of pants all over the walls, I didn't have to dig through, guess at what style was what, he just kept bringing me pants until I ended up with two perfect pairs, and it didn't even require trying on that many pairs to find it. Classic Levi's no less, I'm stoked. So basically, I really appreciate good service and the service here was so fantastically good, I had to come to review. In a global retail environment that seems to prioritize service less and less and less, this spot is a unicorn. So if you hate pants shopping but need new pants, this is the place for you. A++++++++++++++ service, highly recommended, great jeans”
