Got a pair of shoes for Christmas but they didn’t fit so I brought them back to exchange and they only give out “credit notes” not gift cards. I figured that was fine but turns out these credit notes can only be used in store, which is a little frustrating but fair enough. What bugs me though is that they don’t allow you to order in the shoe you need. You’re expected to call twice a week and hope that they have what you’re looking for, then drive in to get them. Just a super frustrating process. Not to mention this location never answers their phone. Had to callThe mall twice and get them to go up and fix the issue. Therefore I highly do not recommend this place unless you know exactly what you’re looking for and you try your shoes on at the store and leave with that exact pair. Best to buy your shoes at another shoe store in the mall.

The most helpful and knowledgeable sales associates in the entire Mic Mac Mall. Super friendly and outstanding customer service. While I did not purchase from them that day, I did make a purchase online from home.

I have been in this store a few times this week and had the pleasure of being helped by Fern. She is the most pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable sales associate I’ve dealt with in any store in a very, very long time. I will highly recommend this store to friends and family.

I visited this location on Tuesday evening and was helped by a pair of lovely young ladies named Rylea and someone else. They were so quick and knowledgable with any questions I had, truly made my shopping experience a breeze! 10/10 would shop again. I like soup.

dont go there . If you have a gift receipt they will not refund your money and they do not have enough stock to fulfill an exchange and they offer nothing more than a store credit If I could give them 0 stars I would

My wife and I were recently at the Dartmouth location and loved it. Great selection of shoes for both of us and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend this shop.
