I was at Apple Storage a month ago and one of the two girls that were working that day, i found was very rude to me. I had to bite my tongue before i regretted what would of came out next. Retraining and customer etiquette is in order, nobody should have to deal with that.

The staff at this facility are absolutely amazing! The site manager was wonderful to deal with and could not be more helpful and accommodating! Other staff members were equally kind and even came into work on their day off to assist me. This storage facility is the best I've ever dealt with and I would not hesitate to use it again due to the fantastic staff who go beyond expectations to support their customers!

Friendly, quick, and efficient, they made it easy to get a unit, access our unit, and cancel our unit. Anytime we spoke to someone they were always polite, respectful and worked to earn trust. If more companies took a page out of their book and did business this way life would be a lot less stressful.As far as pricing goes, they were slightly under the average, but even if others are cheaper, we'd still come back to these guys due to the experience.

They lied unit is not secure under 24hr surveillance and when my unit was robbed not once but twice they gave me attitude like it was my fault when ask to see the camera they weren't even working then when I went in with somebody else and accessed my unit no alarm there is no security

Moving is stressful. I can honestly say the service and attitude of the staff here, especially Erica and Breanna I believe, just made things easier.Great response and coordination, and adept management of storage units and facilities. They made both booking and cancelation easy.Keep up the good work.

This site has to have the friendliest staff!! the two ladies were very welcoming and warm when i got my unit at this site. the place is so clean and friendly. if i had to recommend a unit place, i will 100% recommend apple self storage on tacoma! Good job ladies keep up the amazing work

We have been dealing with Apple Self Storage for years now. Over the course of the years we have upgraded our unit and down graded and upgraded again. It's always an easy process to do this. The staff is amazing, friendly and super helpful. I can etransfer my payment which is so much easier than having to go in and have never had an issue. Would highly recommend to use them for all your storage needs.

When I had to suddenly move I was in a panic to find a suitable and affordable spot to put my stuff. When I saw Apple Storage in Dartmouth online it was so easy to secure a unit , within my budget, and when I went there the staff was so helpful, respectful and ready to assist in anyway they could. The building was so clean throughout and the unit I leased was perfect. I would recommend Apple Storage in Dartmouth to everyone and anyone. If you are looking for storage space look no further that here , you will not be sorry.
