Lied to us and left us hanging on a job last minute. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend…. Update after owner response to my review:The owner provided me a price based off dimensions. I agreed to the price and we made a plan for when the job would start. When the owner came to see the job, he was concerned about the height of the ceiling (despite being provided with the room dimensions already). He hurried out and told me he would call later that day to schedule the job. When he called, he did a poor job of lying as he tried telling me that his only sprayer fell off a ladder and that he was on the way to the hospital. I could hear the guys laughing in the background. The owner seemed to think it was funny and wasn’t the situation seriously, which I would think someone would if their employee was actually seriously hurt.One of my carpenters then saw the same sprayer and truck driving through town a couple of days later.Clearly what happened was the owner priced a job too low before seeing it and then tried to bail on it by making up an excuse. He later called me upset only after seeing my review. The competitor (HFX Insulators) he mentions in his response cursed and swore at me. I have screenshots of his conversation with me and it’s shocking how unprofessional he is.I later found Atlantic Pro Foam - Andrew owns the company and did a fantastic job. Great to deal with, fair pricing, and made the place spotless when he left. I’d highly recommend him. I take pride in being good to work with and I treat all subs with respect. Unfortunately Doug at Comfort Insulators isn’t a person I’d recommend contacting for spray foam services.

I had a great experience with Doug and his team. I bought my first house this year and my attic was only at about R20. He had the best quote out of four, using the same quality products and without the nonsense gouging charges for work that didn't need to be done, like two other quotes randomly added in. His guys came and were kind in answering my questions, as a curious homeowner on what needed to be done. They were on time, accommodating where I have a puppy, did the work, showed me, in which the attic was loaded, all the way across to the batts by the soffit. They even fixed my baffles that had fallen down (about 80% of them had fallen). Then at the end, they helped me clean up. I would hands down hire them again and feel good about where I spent my money.

Horrific customer service. They lied about providing our service, left us hanging in a bad way, and were completely unprofessional in their communication. Definitely avoid them.

They were affordable, clear with communication, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and gave a full report on the status of my attic, vents and insulation. Very happy to recommend them to others.

It was an absolute pleasure having Comfort Insulators (Doug and his guys) over to blow in and top up our attic. They were very efficient. Showed up on time and finished when they said they were going to. I would definitely recommend them! A++

I called and he came gave us a quote, after we got his quote we replied via the mail asking more questions as to know the level of work he planned doing, he doesn't respond to the email, I called him to call his attention to the mail, he said he would respond later, a week passed we got no response I called him again after a brief introduction I said I waited for his response and he never die, he said because km busy and next he started shouting at me "do you want to do the work or not"? Who does this to a potential customer? Hmmm I couldn't stand his yelling on phone and I quietly cut off the call.Service providers are not meant to be this way. NoVery poor customer service
