A review from a non customer ?. Best review I can give is the fact that the owner actually encouraged me to go back and work with my warranty harder before handing my computer to him to be fixed.He could have easily taken my money, but instead offered quality advice and prioritized my needs over his bottom line. 10/10 for integrity.

I called with an issue with my Macbook pro and was told it could be fixed that day. I had spent days of my own time trying to fix the problem and Jeff was able to get me set up at a reasonable price. He went the extra mile and swapped out a hard drive that was giving me the problems. A year back my partner also had some serious problems with her macbook pro and he was able to help her quickly as well.

Took in my PC to Jeff's shop at 7am back in 2021 and we worked on it in his backroom. Even though I wasted his time he didn't charge me anything and tried his best. The problem was found later and involved a certain brand of USB 2.0 drive and firmware update needed to boot Windows on this AMD motherboard, USB 3.0 flash drives wouldn't work. Highly recommended for his customer service.

This business is real treasure . Jeff is super knowledgeable and very personable . Beats a trip to Hfx for Computer repairs . He quickly solved the problem with my MacBook Pro for an amazingly good price . Wish I had known about him years ago . Highly Recommend !

Excellent service, went above and beyond trying to repair my laptop. Wasn't able to repair due to cost of parts (motherboard- more expensive than the computer was worth), but was able to set me up with a used laptop that was better than the one I was using for an excellent price. Definitely recommend, and will use again.
