The staff here are lovely as always, always welcoming and pleasant to interact with minus the owner. In the 3+ years I've gone here to stock up for work the employees have been kind compassionate, understanding and have strived to make everyone feel welcomed. Their employer... has been less than satisfactory even seeming to fight against them in this effort. If it wasnt for the amazing team that works there now I whole heartedly believe they'd have sunk under by the actions of only one individual as everytime that person is on the floor they are never smiling, never happy, and always interact in a disingenuous way with the costumers who have been loyal to him and his team.Next time call the cops brotherdont threaten me, we can have a long conversation about all the other time you've judged me based on my age and how many times you thought I took something to have a receipt waved in your face. (Ageism)Everytime I've come back to pay for things when I had forgotten, or everytime I've helped the elderly at your store get things to their car when you just stand and watch. I had urgent stomach issue when I drove to Michelin for work this morning. I found Cambridge Convenience was the closest store to me and they were open. I told them my urgent situation and showed them my work badge, so I hoped they can let me use their washroom. I was shocked they refused my request, told me they only have personnel washroom and they won't make any exception. I was super disappointed and I wanted to do grocery there after if they let me use the washroom. Eventually, I drove to Michelin gatehouse and used the washroom there. I almost couldn't make it. I was worried I couldn't make it and embarrass myself in front of others. As a new immigrant, minority and local company worker. I want to tell Cambridge Convenience you lost one customer forever. As a human, I think most people won't refuse for that help. Anyway, I just let people know how I was treated this morning. Workers and Owners of Cambridge Convenience please think about your feeling when you had my situation.
