Incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful!! Me and my family, including 2 small children, were visiting the Bridgewater area when our vehicle broke down! Ricky and his guys were the only place willing to help us to get back on the road! Not only did they fix us up, but in record time, so that we were able to get home that same day which was a long drive away! Cannot thank or recommend South Shore Express more highly!

My father purchased a used truck from these guys last month. When my father went to pick up the truck, one of the guys at Ians had a code reader connected to the truck. My father didn't think too much of it at the time because he assumed they knew what they were doing. ( Hind sight he should have walked away). Now the check engine light is on. It is obvious these guys cleared the error code just to sell the truck. This is an unprofessional practice and should be fined for taking advantage of a retired senior. As I am telling everyone, avoid this dealer, they'll just take advantage of you.
