The price for a wash, highlights, trim and styling is unbelievably reasonable.The stylist stated she has been working there for over 25 years. She knows her stuff and was very nice to talk with.

My wife and I went to this so called hair salon and although I got a somewhat decent hair cut my good lady didn't.She showed the stylist a picture of what she wanted and what she got was nothing like the style she wanted, if she had not told the girl to stop taking length off it would have been even worse.Contacted the help desk number and made a complaint and was told the franchise owner would be in contact with me, still waiting for a call.Staff didn't know how to deal with complaints or refunds and no manager in the store till 6p.m the following dayWill never go back , avoid at all costsService: Hairstyling

Firstly, if you require guests to wear a face mask, staff should also be required to wear a mask. There is a large poster on the door stating that everyone must wear a mask. That is not a problem. I went to get a mask but as I returned and was starting my cut I saw that two employees were not wearing masks, even when cutting clients hair. Second, the hair cut is terrible. When I tried to make small talk the person cutting my hair complained that it was supposed to be her day off and that it was slow. I stated several times that I had curly hair and that I wanted it to sit at my shoulders while it was curly. After leaving I have realized that the “hairstylist” cut my hair so much shorter than we discussed. My hair doesn’t even reach my shoulders when straight and because she never fully wet my hair the cut is also very uneven. I am unbelievably annoyed with my experience as a whole with this so called salon. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I should have just cut my hair myself. WILL NEVER RETURN, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Went in, gave my phone #, was told 20 mins so went back to car..... that was three hrs ago. I left after sitting there for 40 mins and watching customers go in and straight to chairs to get hair cuts..... and still no call
