Final cost came within quote range and was ready earlier than I expected. Friendly staff/owner and the work was fantastic. I have an older car and you would never be able to guess where the dent was - certainly high quality work! It wasn't my cheapest quote but it was worth every penny.

Was advised to give this place a wide berth...overpriced and predatory practices as I was told the owner had smaller shops shut down in order to remove competition. No need for that...wouldn't give one star but had to in order to register my disapproval.

Great experience with CARSTAR Bridgewater. Fixing damage that was done to the front of my truck. Incredible how clean the truck was when I went to pick it up. Complimary Interior detail was amazing and greatly appreciated.

I am so impressed with the work that was done to my vehicle this week. The paint matches perfectly and the extra time the staff took to detail my car is just lovely. Ryan was very patient & kind with his explanations however almost every conversation with the receptionist was uncomfortable, questions were asked with very dismissive responses & no interest in seeking help from others.Had it not been for Ryan my review would be less, I truly appreciate your help through my repair!

Firstly, the system you use is absolutely pathetic for non collision vehicles! 3 small rust spots and an estimate in excess of $4000 to repair where no rust has penetrated the actual steel is an absolute disgrace! I do not recommend people to be ripped off by this company.UPDATE!Gave them a call back, phone got put down after asking to speak to the owner. Called back a second time and got the most rude response, telling me they do not want my business. All this after them asking me to call back and resolve the issue!!!!
