They are always on top of things here anytime I get a tow or in such need they get it figured out fast. It's ruff to get an appointment at times but I understand they are extremely busy. I love this place I love the ppl. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT buy a car from here! They sold us a car that was completely rotten underneath but covered over with some paint. Brought it to 3 mechanics over the last year to fix various issues, one of which could have caused a major accident had it happened on the highway but luckily it was on our driveway. All three said the car should not have been safetied (which was done by knickles). When I contacted knickles about the major problem, they refused to fix it, and eventually relented and said they would provide the part to another garage to fix which still cost over $700. When you purchase a car from a mechanic, you at least expect it to be safe. They knew it wasn't and sold it anyway - not very ethical.

We had a tire blow, and they were able to order a tire and get it fixed within a couple hours. The people were very nice and fun to speak with. Would definitely recommend!

If you have issues with your vehicles.... Go and ask the Knickles. Bought a car, was ok....
