Very awful service. I had new tires in my back seat and they stole them. They didn't know I took a picture before handing the car to them. it took a lot of arguing before they returned my tires. treating a black person this way is not cool.

My car is an 11-year-old Ford Focus, and it has had numerous issues over the years. As someone whose first language is not English and who has limited knowledge about cars, dealing with these problems has been quite troublesome. Every year, I would be plagued by the headaches that my car's issues brought.However, by sheer chance, I had an unexpected breakdown with my car, and that was my first experience at NAPA Autopro. They were incredibly friendly and went to great lengths to assist with my car. They patiently explained the causes of my car's issues and offered multiple solutions for me to choose from. It was an unprecedented feeling of being genuinely helped!It suddenly struck me that I had finally found a trustworthy auto repair shop. They are completely dependable!

I’ve got a great experience with Drobot Automotive. My car is very old and they went above and beyond to explain me what has to be done (thanks Lenard) to prolong a life span.And very important - service time was super fast!Highly recommend!
