Horrible experience, would not recommend. My broker missed my closing date, even with 3 email reminders. As a result had to pay numerous fees and the interest rate was comparable to my bank. Stick with your bank, as their lack of experience/knowledge will hinder the process

I've been seriously trying to get a mortgage since February. We are almost April. My emails are ignored and reapply seemed to do nothing. I regret wasting time with this company and would not recommend it.

The complexities and variabilities of buying a house are not obvious when laid out. As a first time home buyer I was cautious, but knew that I could always count on my broker Kelly Boyles.She remembered me from the very first offer when I finally got my home a year later. There to assist, care and support, she is the best there is.I gave up on dealing with commissioned brokers when they couldn't give me the rates Kelly could get in a second.Don't bother shopping around TrueNorth has the process down.

True North Mortgage and Donny Eastop we’re fantastic to work with! The process was seamless, we never had to leave our home. There was no sales pressure at any point and the service was excellent. We had a more personalized and professional experience working with Donny from a province away than we did with our local bank just down the road. I’d recommend True North Mortgage, and Donny in particular, to anyone!

From applying to closing, Kiley and TNM having been nothing short of amazing. Buying our first home was stressful but not when it came to the mortgage, Kiley’s communication, delivery, and support through the process has been amazing.
