I went today to get skates laces for my son. All he said was waxed or non waxed no preferences. Justin was able to suggest a size and said I could always bring one pair back if he didn't need them. The ladies at the front counter were very friendly.

I was running late, and showed up 5 mins prior to closing. The manager and bike associate Alex stayed behind 15 mins to get me looked after. It's not often people go above and beyond anymore. The Bedford branch is the first place I'll shop for my next purchase. Kudos to the staff for not just closing up!
