I was so impressed with this shop. We have a very old camper van (1992) and it broke down. I tried about 20 places and no one would see us. Bedford Automotive said yes and were able to see us right away. They found the problem, fixed it promptly and made sure we were safely on our way. I want to especially recognize the mechanic who has worked with VWs and found the problem so quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Had my vehicle serviced shortly after getting my brakes and rotors changed. Heard great things about this shop and approved the servicing. Upon picking up my vehicle the humming noise was still there… They changed my wheel bearing and did not reinstall my backing plate which is crucial to have but they indicated "it doesn’t really do anything". Backing plates will make your brakes last longer.

I would rate them 6 stars if I could. I’ll always remember the time I had to get brakes done and was pleasantly surprised when my amount paid was wayyyyy less than the quote. They checked my history and the brakes being replaced were under warranty. They could have taken the full quoted price and I wouldn’t have known the difference.
Honest shop and I’m sad I live a 35 min drive away (each way) now.
I’ve had newer cars for a while which haven’t needed much other than oil changes and tires so I haven’t been there for a while (because of the hour plus driving) but will be going there soon as I have an aging SUV that will need a bit of work and they are the most trustworthy shop I’ve ever taken a car to.

Incredible service, timeliness, and the staff go above and beyond. We've used Bedford Automotive for a year or two now and I will always recommend this place to others who need a place to go for automotive needs. Mark is awesome! I don't have much car knowledge and he always takes the time to go through things with me and lays out our options. Would highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle for an inspection only to find out my rear brakes needed replacing. Mark was able to source the parts at a fair price and booked me an appointment super fast. The folks working here are kind, professional and provide quality service. When I was running late to pick up my vehicle, Mark went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will be coming back here for all of my car-related needs and highly recommend you do so as well!
