Today I went to this place for the first and last time. I left a duvet to be washed, and when I went to pick it up – at the time indicated by the attendant – it still wasn’t ready. The attendant, who was different now but just as confused as the first one, asked me to wait a few minutes. Although I was already late to pick up my daughter, I waited. The minutes passed, and the Indian man working at the shop went to get the duvet: it was completely soaked! Then the audacious guy asked me for another 8 minutes!!! In the end, I had to leave with the wet duvet to pick up my daughter on time. Besides that, the place is dirty. Terrible experience, never going back there again.

I did the drop off a few times. They’re quick, but my clothes always smell bad. They probably need to clean and air out their machines, but we all know that’s never gonna happen.

ICG convenience is always top notch for laundry drop off service! They carefully wash, dry, fold and pack our laundry with care. The service is always very friendly and they make sure to remember our name and preferences. They always accommodate us, even with last minute drop offs. Great prices, quality work and friendly. We highly recommend their laundry drop off service!!! 5 stars!

While waiting for my washer to be fixed, I found my way into IGC to do a couple of loads of laundry. The owner is super friendly and very helpful! The store is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and the washer and dryer were quite fast! Would definitely return if I need to! Thank you
