A terrible experience from the lack of customer service and care to product that had mold and was rotten, as well as missing items, with no concern or willingness to even discuss the matter from the owner.

I had a bad experience. Communication leading up to my wedding was poor. Penny was unresponsive and unorganized. She forgot calls, ignored emails and missed the meeting a few days before my wedding to view my flowers. I understand July is a busy time in the wedding industry but it’s not an excuse especially after paying ~$1000 for flowers. In the end my flowers were ok but not the colours and type of flowers I had asked for. I would have been better off going to another florist . It would have saved a lot of stress, money and headaches from dealing with Blossoms.
