Had a very serious problem with the rear end/axle/differential in my 2015 Kia Sorento and am afraid it is going to strand me on the road so I am now afraid to drive it except in town, Friendly staff got me in but failed to help because they took it for a drive and found no problem! I assume The tech never removed the inspection plate or axles to see if there was damage or cracks, missing or broken splines etc. so I have been to wait for total failure to leave me stranded...Unfortunately I will have to take it to Truro or Halifax for service....

Good service, they replaced the engine in our vehicle, at no cost to us, because of the recall on this type of motor. They have to replace a switch for the transmission, so this will not crash or break down in the middle of nowhere. Great work guys and gal's at Strait-way kia in Antigonish

Dealership doesn't keep any parts in stock. Had to call NAPA for an oil filter on one of their own rigs. Got rid of the competent Parts guy and now there is some lady who has no clue on any information on the vehicles they are working on, and she doesn't return calls.

The worse service a person can get. The only nice person in that dealership is ronnie, as for management or service it's shameful the way they treat people I would never buy there again.

Had an appointment on Nov 4 for a recall on my car for a fuel pump. Arrived for my appointment was informed by the lady at the service department that a woman had called and canceled my appointment. Looked at her and said do you think I would take the day off work and drive up here if I canceled my appointment. Then informed me that they had a few minutes could check my car then had to order the fuel pump in and would call me. Well it is Dec 1 still no call on the fuel pump never experienced such bad customer service .

My family and I purchased eight vehicles from kia Antigonish and always enjoyed good service. However, some time ago my daughter brought her new Kia Steltos in for some service. When she went to pick it up, she realized that she left her purse with her credit card at work. She told the receptionist that she would be back in about 20 minutes to settle the bill. Nothing doing, they would not release the car without full payment. So she had to walk back to town, about three kilometers away, to get her credit card and then find a ride back to the dealer. Not good service !

Absolutely phenomenal staff! I wasn't even out of my car and I was immediately greeted on the lot by the manager. I dealt with Eugene for my most recent purchase and he is very knowledgeable with any vehicle. He also understands your personal needs/ situation and is not at all pushy like other salesman I've experienced at other dealerships.

Have been waiting 3 weeks to hear about my vehicle that is being fixed under recall.I had to rent a vehicle which cost me allot of money. Asked Service Msnager if they would be able to give me a loaner vehicle, got no response. At this point, they can keep the vehicle and sell it.I would not recommend anyone buying a Kia period!!

I was ready to buy a car and when I asked for a breakdown of a price they had given me I got no response. I wrote Strait-Way back 4 days after my original email to say they could disregard my last request for a price breakdown because I bought a vehicle from a different dealer (Atlantic Kia in Amherst was awesome and deliver to your car to your door). The GM responded with a an email with no salutation only "thats good to hear". While it's difficult to determine tone in an email, I took this as a snide comment. It certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.
