Excellent staff. Was in looking to buy a bike pump but they didn't have one however the staff at the Pro Shop were extremely friendly and helpful and gave me a free pump up with their pump. Dealing with them convinced me to visit the store on a more regular basis

I ordered a northface jacket from sportcheck.ca and when it arrived the liner was missing. Sports check customer service offered a full refund but thats it, the jacket matched my snowpants, board, boots and bindings and I really wanted to make sure returning it was a last option, so I inquired what store it came from and it was the sportscheck in Antigonish NS.When I phoned I was greeted by Steve, the store manager and told him my problem and he told me he would do every thing he could to find it and rectify this problem. He had Lily phone me back and they went above and beyond to search the store and found my coat liner the same day. They contacted me, took my address and shipped it out to Ontario where I live. I have never experienced such a level of customer service, Steve and Lily really went above and beyond to help me get the liner for my coat and make sure I was satisfied. More than sportscheck.ca 1800# customer see was willing to do.Their efforts, great communication and care was greatly appreciated and I would recommend this store to any one looking for A1 service. They both deserve a raise for their level of customer care.Thank you Steve and Lily.From a very satisfied customer.-Adam

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!Went in looking for sneakers. Wanted a specific size. Machine to check inventory did not work, and NO ONE offered me service. Poor customer service all around!!
