Front desk staff are outstanding. I've had two experiences with different staff and they are terrific. Explain details and refer as needed. Phones are answered timely by a person and directed according to need. Wait area available. Labor $121 hr. Supply chg $21. No parts or work done for now by them. Diagnosed issue.

Incredible people! I was on a camping trip driving through Antigonish. My oil light came up and every mechanic in town was at least two weeks booked out. These guys checked my oil, topped it quite a lot and did not charge me anything for it! Exceptional hospitality, which I keep discovering throughout Maritimes!

We recently purchased an Escape with the assistance of Derek Stone. He is very professional and went above and beyond while we were there. It was very busy the day we arrived and spent a few hours waiting for paperwork to be completed. One thing that should be changed is the music in the main area. You need something peppier or even a radio station playing. Symphony music just doesn’t cut it!!! Overall our experience was excellent. From your receptionist, service dept, finance dept and Derek we will definitely recommend Keltic motors to friends and family.

my family went to see about a vehicle there, we live an hour and a half away from the area and they sold the vehicle my family where going to buy. Very disappointing with the service and will not be shopping at this dealership.

Right from the first time I called, Leah's friendly voice made me feel like I was part of their team. Dekek Stone was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that suited me and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I made of had. This is my first Ford and am so grateful and happy to have found Keltic Ford and such a wonderful team. I owned new vechiles before but was never as impressed as I am now with my Lariat ranger. Smooth, guiet comfortable and a pleasure to drive. Awesome.

Excellent service. Fast, friendly, and very helpful. I only expected to get an oil change, but they did a whole lot more than that. I really appreciated getting a list of everything which they checked out, with a rating for each item, so I know whats OK, what may need doing in the future, and that nothing needed fixing right now. Very reassuring! Thank you Keltic Ford. You are the best.
