when I went to this business to address some tax credits I had singed over to my parent, they preceded to tell me that I had filed my taxes wrong. I explained that I had followed the Tax Guide book but rather than try to explain what had been done wrong they dismissed me and basically said they could not be bothered try to explain it to me what had been done wrong. They were very rude and definitely unhelpful.
