One of the best pet stores I've been too very helpful staff the manger Kara is very knowledgeable in her products and very helpful as well also the Coupons for customers for new puppy's really helped and made me want to be a repeat customer hopefully the coupons continue to customers new or not ?

This Pet Valu, despite its small size, has everything you need for your pets. Dogs, cats, birds, rodents and reptiles are all represented in their stock. This location works closely with CARMA cat rescue and most often homes adoptable kittens and cats. They also fundraise for CARMA as well as the local animal rescue Lilian Allbon Animal Rescue through donations and food drives.The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and kind, clearly passionate about animals!Every time I visit I come away in a better mood than I entered with.?

Everything we go there, they remember us and always bring smiles ? ? every visit. Each and every staff member is always happy and informative about their products and services. I highly recommend visiting Pet Value in Amherst and getting to know them. You won't be disappointed.

I always love Pet Valu. I have a great experience in all their stores. My dog loved a certain food that I couldn't find anywhere else. They had it. One day, I went in, and it wasn't on the shelf. The staff member went into the bag and opened the shipment that had just arrived to get it for me. They are such a great staff.
